dried red beans
, soaked overnight or for 8 hours

smoked turkey sausage

Optional garnishes cajun pepper sauce

Instructions
In a four quart slow cooker, add the first ten ingredients. Cook on high for five hours. Check seasonings, and adjust if necessary. Serve with cornbread.
