Fresh Mexican Salsa

medium vine-ripened tomatoes
, finely diced

finely chopped red onion

(or 2 small), finely chopped (seeds and ribs removed)

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix to combine. Check seasonings and adjust if necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
You really want juicy, vine-ripened tomatoes for this recipe.
