2small avocados(or one large), halved, pit removed, flesh scooped out
1/3cupplain yogurt
1/4tspsmoked paprika
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspcumin
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tspcayenne pepper(reduce amount if you want less heat)
1/4tspsea salt or to taste

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor (or mini food chopper) and pulse until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
