Ingredients
2tbspghee, melted (you could also use olive oil)
1/2tspsmoked paprika
3medium garlic cloves, grated
4cupsfresh broccoli florets(about a 12 oz. bag if using pre-chopped like Trader Joe's Organic)
sea salt and pepper to taste
1/4cupthinly sliced scallions
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425° F. In a large bowl, pour the melted ghee, add the smoked paprika and garlic. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Spread out onto a large baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste and place into pre-heated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Toss with the scallions and serve.
