  • 2 tbsp ghee , melted (you could also use olive oil)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 medium garlic cloves , grated
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about a 12 oz. bag if using pre-chopped like Trader Joe's Organic)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions


  • Pre-heat oven to 425° F. In a large bowl, pour the melted ghee, add the smoked paprika and garlic. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Spread out onto a large baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste and place into pre-heated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Toss with the scallions and serve.
