Super Bowl Food Ideas

Super Bowl 2017 is upon us, and I’ve got a few game day recipes for ya! Not gonna lie, I had high hopes that our beloved Cowboys would be playing this weekend. Yeah, that stings just a little. I have a little rule. If the Cowboy’s aren’t playing, I’m not watching the Super Bowl. So, it’s been a while since I’ve seen one. Ha! We had an awesome team this year, and I’m still proud of them!

If your team is playing, best of luck to them! Of course, no Super Bowl watch party is complete without some tasty food. Here are some of my top picks!

These Beef and Black Bean Tacos are delicious any time of year, but also make a great dish to serve on Super Bowl Sunday. I’ve had a major craving for them lately! If you have a larger crowd, you could double the recipe and set up taco bar and let guests pick their own toppings!

This Jalapeño and Pumpkin Seed Dip is not only delicious, but healthy as well. Serve it with raw veggies or tortilla chips!

Sloppy Joe’s are a great hit with kids and grown-ups alike. These Greek-Style Sloppy Joe’s are a nice twist on an old classic!

Fans of blue cheese and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce will love this Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip!

Serve this Fresh Mexican Salsa with chips or as a topping for your tacos! Either way, it’s super tasty!

More in the mood for chili? Well, this Chicken and Black Bean Chili is sure to be a family favorite. Serve it your favorite chili toppings!

This Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus is delicious with raw veggies, but can also serve as a substitute dressing on sandwiches.

And finally, another tasty but healthy snack dip. This Creamy Avocado Dip is sure to be a hit at your Super Bowl party.
