Spartan Race Partners with NBC

The cool people over at Spartan Race recently contacted me and asked if I would share their exciting news with you guys! They have teamed up with NBC Sports for a television special featuring the Spartan Race World Championship taking place on September 21-22, 2013 in Killington, Vermont. That’s right, obstacle racing is coming to TV!

NBC will be filming 8 professional athletes and 4  amateurs as they compete at the Spartan Race World Championship for a 90-minute TV special, which will air on NBC Sports Network on October 19, 2013.

If you’d like to be a part of this competition, there is still time to register. How cool would it be to compete amongst some of the best athletes in the country?! Probably pretty awesome and just slightly humbling. 🙂
