Ingredients
1(16-ounce) container of strawberries (preferably organic)
1largejalapeno, ribs and seeds removed if desired, minced
1/2cupfinely chopped red onion
1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro
1/4tspground cumin
1/4tspfine sea salt (or salt to taste)
1 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Place into a large bowl and mix to combine. Allow 30 minutes to give the flavors a chance to marry before serving. Check seasonings and adjust if necessary. Store leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
