A simple and delicious topping for fish or chicken.

1(10 oz.) containercherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
3 tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 cupthinly sliced chives
1large clove of garlic, thinly sliced
In a medium bowl, add the tomatoes and gently toss with salt and pepper. Let stand until tomatoes start to give off their juices, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, chives and garlic. Pour over the tomatoes and gently toss together.
If making this a day ahead, let come back to room temperature after removing from the fridge before serving.
