Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes , halved
  • 12 kalamata olives , halved
  • 1/4 cup basil chiffonade
  • 2 green onions , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place the first six ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and gently toss to combine. Cover and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving. Check seasonings and adjust if necessary.
