I’m a little late again in posting my meal plan for the week, but better late than never, right? I think I need to start planning a little earlier than I normally do in order to have it finished on Sunday.
I’m currently sitting at Starbucks (on my second cup of coffee) writing this. I stayed up way too late last night, and I was in serious need of some caffeine. Lunch today was at Panera. I got my usual Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado, which was just okay. There was only one tiny little sliver of bacon in the whole bowl. It’s just not the same without the bacon. 🙁 Bacon just makes everything better, don’t you agree?

Dinner: Tilapia (still looking for a recipe)

Lunch: Salmon Sweet Potato Cakes
Dinner: Pizza made w/ Original Cauliflower Crust
Saturday
Lunch: Green Eggs and Turkey
Dinner: ?
